Koumbit is a Montreal-based non-profit organisation bringing together about 20 IT and design professionals in order to:
- Promote appropriation of Free, Libre & Open Source Software (FLOSS) by community groups in Quebec, Canada and abroad by creating a collectively managed hosting platform and by providing technical services and support related to the use of FLOSS tools.
- Create a space for pooling of skills and resources for progressive minded autonomous IT workers.

More than one position available
Koumbit is a non-profit organization seeking to both empower community groups and to develop a collaborative and participative workplace. Koumbit has been growing steadily for the past two years and we are now looking for workers interested in joining our passionate team. We are looking for people interested in working on web development (mainly Drupal) but also in remodeling their own workplace and participate to the management and democratic life of the organization. This means that we are looking for people with good collaborative skills, interested in getting involved in non-technical as well as strong technical tasks.
